I have to stop pinching myself regularly. It IS too good to be true! There are tons of jobs out there, and employers know to come to M-Tec for well-trained graduates. You won't lack for work.

I'll be 49 next month! All the conversations with the over-50 group make me wish I was already there! I have 3.5 grandchildren--don't I qualify?! I am in session 18, loving it, and looking forward to a part-time position. :D

50 Plus Graduates

I resigned from M-Tec last winter for various reasons I won’t bore you with, but it was a stupid (although necessary) move. I want to re-enroll just because it felt so right. I loved the curriculum and know I will thoroughly enjoy the learning part. My question is: will I actually get a job, work at home and do this? Somehow it just sounds too good to be true, especially working as an IC with flexibility, plenty of work, and being challenged each day! Wow! My question is: are you 50 plus, a graduate or soon-to-be graduate from M-Tec, employed and loving your job as a medical transcriptionist? Is it everything you expected and more? I’m not sure if I have rose-colored glasses on or not but it sounds perfect for me at this time of my life.
