I am a little confused about this too. I emailed my instructor. I gathered from the info that we were to set up a document with the headers in it and use that as a template. I was wrong though, just supposed to use the templates on the SLC in our PDs. I have not started my PDs yet though, and it sounds like I might be more confused after doing so if the key doesn't match the templates on the SLC.
