Hi there,

I'm not from the lovely state of PA but I am right across the river in Jersey, and I'm a newbie myself.    I'm so new I actually feel a little green around my ears...[yeah, bad humor there]

If you want to chat, holla back and good luck to us both. I'm reading my syllabus right now and trying not to hyperventilate.

Life goes on, it's just up to you on how you choose to live it.

[size=3][/sizeHello to you all.

I am in Philly, PA. This is my first post, and I am currently working on Gastrointestinal Session 6. And did you know that we have about 26 feet of intestines?! I did not KNOW THAT! LOL.

Have FUN!

Hello,

I live between Johnstown and Indiana PA. I just started about a week and a half ago. I am not exactly sure where Williamsport is.

Hi Virginia.

Welcome!  I don't live in PA, but have lots of relatives who do.  I live in upstate NY (Finger Lakes) and we travel through Williamsport often to visit grandchildren who live near Chambersburg and also  our son and daughter-in-law in Philly.  Sheetz right off 180 is our fill-up spot for both gas and coffee!  My brother-in-law also lives in Mansfield PA, and my sister-in-law and I love to go to the TJ Maxx in Williamsport.

Good luck with your studies!

Hello from Cresson Mt. between Johnstown and Altoona. So, exactly where between Johnstown and Indiana? It was pretty cold here last night! We've got an outside furnace and I've put it to work already, sigh. I'm at the end of Session 3, way behind since I stated the end of January, but family matters unexpectedly jumped in to make working on school difficult. I'm usually here all alone with nothing going on, just feeding the animals and the furnace So, it goes. Hoping the winter will provide lots of study time, lol. ~Denise

Hello,

I live in Dilltown, Pa. Home of the Dillweed Bed and Breakfast and one of the main stops along the ghost town trail. You probably haven't heard of either huh?  Dilltown is about 15 minutes from Ebensburg and 20 minutes from Johnstown and about 40-45 minutes to Altoona. I am a little familiar with Cresson. Isn't Mt. Aloysius there? It's awesome knowing someone close by is also doing the same schooling.

I have not turned on the heat yet but I have been cold. I have just bundled up because I can't even imagine our heat bill this year. We just moved in May to a house that has Propane forced air heat, YIKES! We might try to put in an indoor wood furnace before winter but I don't know if we will get to it. If so, I will be like you constantly feeding the furnace, hee hee.

It was nice to hear from you. Hope everything goes well with the rest of your schooling and family.

Gabrielle
