I read about people going to Excel to alphabetize their word lists but I dont see any way to do it. I have teh 2003 version and when I type in HELP to find how it dont come up. Does anyone have the 2004 that is alphbetizing? Thanks Sharon

make sure you don't just sort a column if you have other associated columns like definition and source, etc. You can select all and go to Data, sort, and then select the columns you want to sort on. Make sure if you have a row with headings at the top that you indicate "heading" in a little check box, that way your heading row will not be alphabetized into the list. This is the main reason I have kept my TC in Excel from the beginning -- the sort option!
