| Hi Everyone, My name is Charlene and I just started last week. I'm really excited about this course! I'm 43 and my husband is in the Navy. He will retire in 2 years. I have 2 boys: 24 and 22. My oldest son and his wife are about to have their first baby (a boy!) in November. I'm really excited about becoming a grandparent for the first time! We have 2 dogs and live in Virginia Beach, VA. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone here.  Charlene

You are going to love the Virginia Beach area! I envy you that grandbaby. Enjoy him/her and let us know all about it when the time comes. If you need anything, just holler!

Hi, Charlene, and WELCOME!
My husband is retired military (Air Force), so I kinda have an idea about that life! Although, I am sure Navy is different in its on way.
I have a brand new grand baby due in about 3 1/2 weeks! We are having a girl! I saw the most precious 10-week-old baby boy today! It made me so excited! This is our 4th grandchild, and they are ALL girls! The baby is 7, so we are happy for a brand new one.
The baby is especially happy (the 7-year-old) because she will no longer be the "littlest". 
It is also the very first cousin for them. On either side of the family!
Well, enjoy M-TEC! We'll see you in the halls and in Monday night class!

| Hi Susan and Jacelyn, I'm so excited about this school! This is actually my 5th time back in the Virginia Beach area. We love it so much we just can't stay away. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only grandparent around. Thanks for such a warm welcome. See ya in the halls, Charlene

| Hi Charlene and everyone, My hubby is a Marine and we just returned to California a few months ago, following a 3-year tour in Okinawa. I wish all of you all the best in your studies. This school ROCKS!!
